Located in Ontario, Canada! Offset and Digital. Great prices, lovely results! We used their service to print the first print run of our Food Porn, Score!, and Transfixed anthologies and each book came out gorgeous!
Keness
Located in the United States. Offset and Digital. They are reasonably priced and our very own Rosalarian printed the first edition of EAT ME with them. I have a copy and its lovely! Minimum print run is 100 copies.
Patterson
Located in the United States. High quality offset. They charge for overage fees, edits per page after a proof has been created, and seem impatient with less experienced self-publishers, BUT they print adult material. Minimum print run is 500 copies.
